§ Taking the call: As you may know, A/c units are notorious for going out on the hottest day of the year and roof leaks tend to occur at the most inopportune time. Whatever the issue is, we’ll work with the tenant to get it resolved. This includes troubleshooting with them to make sure they have diagnosed the issue properly. We take calls during business hours and offer an emergency line after hours so you can avoid disrupting your day.
§ Dispatching the call: We have a skilled in-house maintenance team ready to take the call. In the event that a contractor is needed, we have relationships with many vendors across the Charlotte area who will work diligently to complete the work in an efficient manner, or we can dispatch a person of your choosing.
§ Deciding the best course of action: We work with maintenance and vendors to decipher the issue. In some cases, this may mean collecting quotes. We’ll talk to you about what we’ve collected, and if you’d like, offer our advice.
§ Billing: Bills! We’ll take the invoices, you can go out for coffee. We can route the bills to us and pay the invoices on your behalf from your escrow account.
Ø Financials – Speaking of bills, we know it’s important for you to stay abreast of what’s going on withyour property. At the end of each month, we provide you with an all-inclusive owner statement, which you can view right here on our website.
