L. David Berryhill, Jr. joined Berryhill Realty Company in 1964. David has a B.S. in Business (1958) from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He has served as President of both the local and state Realtor Associations. He was a member of Charlotte City Council from 1979 to 1983.

He is also a member of Albermarle Road Presbyterian Church. David is married to Barbara Berryhill, has two daughters, 3 granddaughters, and one grandson.

Leigh Berryhill Wall - Vice President

Leigh Wall is a native of Charlotte, NC and graduated from UNC Greensboro. She serves as a property manager with Berryhill Realty Co and holds a NC Broker's license. Leigh is married to Keith Wall and has two children. She is an active member of the community.

Beth Cameron - Vice President 

Beth is a native of Charlotte, NC and joined Berryhill Realty Co in May 2014. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently serves as the Human Resources Officer.

She has two daughters, is active in her church, Albermarle Road Presbyterian, and the community.

Aric Beals,a native North Carolinian came to Berryhill Realty Company in May of 1991. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration, he holds a N.C. Broker's license and has attained the GRI professional designation.

He is active in the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association (CRRA) & North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR). Currently he serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Realtors. Current and past service includes Chairman of NCAR Property Management Division, CRRA Board of Directors, serving on the Legislative and Political Affairs Committee, Chairman and Governor Real Estate Building Industry Coalition (REBIC), Mecklenburg County Storm Water Task force, various City of Charlotte Landlord - Tenant taskforces, & Mecklenburg County Citizens Budget Advisory Committee. He serves as a property manager and Broker-in-Charge.

He has one son and one daughter and is an active member of his church, Sardis Presbyterian Church and community serving on multiple committees

Mark Biggs - Property Manager

Mark Biggs is a native of Charlotte and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since September of 2002. He holds a N.C. Broker's license an serves as a property manager and is active in the sale of Real Property.

Mark is married to Kim Biggs and has one daughter. Mark and his family are active members of First Presbyterian Church in Belmont, NC.

Cathy Woodson-Book Keeping/Finances
Administrative Assistant

Cathy Woodson is a native of Virginia and has been with Berryhill Realty Company since July of 2000. She is a graduate of Elon University and holds a B.S. degree. Her responsibilities include collection and posting of rents received, filing court papers and sheriff writs, maintaining records made to the credit bureau, pays vendor bills, and accounts for payments to owners.


Ronisha Thomas - Leasing Agent

Ronisha is a recent addition to the Berryhill Realty Company team; however, she has been leasing in the multi-family industry for over 5 years. She obtained her B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Augusta State University in Augusta, Georgia. Since she began her career in property management she has met many professional goals including being the 2015 recipient of the GCAA Larry Cranford Scholarship and obtaining her NALP designation.  She is responsible for all leasing duties and maintenance, as well as web design, marketing, social media, listing, and other administrative duties.
